I’m always exploring visual support tools that help families structure daily routines and navigate challenging transitions.
In many neurodivergent households, including my own, transitions, unexpected changes, and the fear of the unknown can be major sources of stress and anxiety. Not knowing what comes next can make everyday moments feel overwhelming.
One option I’ve recently been exploring is VizyPlan.
It’s an app that allows families to create visual schedules, organize daily routines, track activities, plan appointments, communicate feedback with professionals, and monitor progress while celebrating every step forward along the way. It goes far beyond a basic planning tool.
VizyPlan was created by an autism dad and was sweetly named by his own son. The app is thoughtfully designed to prioritize support for neurodivergent children who benefit from predictable routines and clear structure.
